Creating outdoor living spaces through a design-first lens, where architectural intention, thoughtful detailing, and lifestyle-driven planning shape every environment.
Outdoor living begins with intention. At Homerun Construction & Design, every space is envisioned as an extension of the home and a reflection of the people who use it. Our work combines thoughtful design, practical construction knowledge, and careful attention to how each space will function within its surroundings.
Anthony Hotter is the Founder and Designer of Homerun Construction & Design LLC, a design-build company serving La Plata County and Southwest Colorado. Since founding Homerun in 2020, Anthony has guided projects from the initial consultation and 3D design through structural planning, material selection, permit coordination, and on-site execution. His nearly two decades of experience in construction, design and drafting, project management, and outdoor living bring both creative direction and practical field knowledge to each project.
Homerun specializes in custom decks, outdoor living spaces, pergolas, and covered structures designed to complement each home while performing in Colorado’s conditions. Every project is approached individually, with careful consideration of layout, proportion, flow, materials, and the relationship between the home and surrounding environment.
Our design-first approach carries through to construction. From structural elements and framing to final finishes, we consider how each detail will look, perform, and hold up over time. The result is an outdoor space that feels cohesive with the home, functions naturally, and is built with lasting purpose.
At Homerun, we build memories that last a lifetime. Our outdoor spaces are designed for family gatherings, milestone celebrations, quiet evenings, and the everyday moments that make a house feel like home.
